PROJECT PIPELINE

Brent, Alabama - For this project Cetna Energy formed a joint venture partnership with Burkes Mechanical and Cahaba Timber. All three companies are Alabama companies. BCS Energy, LLC (BCS) is an Alabama company that is building a wood mill residue-based business line producing renewable green hydrogen and renewable diesel fuel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) initially in Alabama and then expanding throughout the Southeastern United States at strategic locations to take advantage of the extraordinary amount of commercial privately managed timber.

BCS has completed the Phase 1a prototype plant at that Burkes Mechanical fabrication shop site and next to a chip mill which will provide feedstock.  The Phase 1a plant is capable of manufacturing renewable hydrogen, renewable diesel, renewable jet fuel and renewable naphtha.  It will continue to operate as our test bed for new products and operating conditions and for training new team members.  We are developing a catalyst for renewable gasoline that will also be tested at this facility.

This plant is also capable of manufacturing renewable chemicals such as ammonia and various alcohols with slight modifications to the operating conditions and equipment.

The Phase 1b expansion is at the same location and is expected to come on line with full scale commercial operation in hydrogen production by January 2024. Phase 1c will be to further expand at the same location to come on line with a full scale commercial renewable diesel plant. Phase 1d will be to add an additional hydrogen plant at the same site effectively doubling capacity for hydrogen.  Site layout below.

Kentucky - For this project Cetna will operate through Cetna Central Appalachia as a subordinate LLC.  Cetna has a number of opportunities in Kentucky which will focus primarily on woody biomass and discarded remediation coal fines as feedstock.  Cetna will use the same off-take agreements across its network of projects and is in talks with local coal traders and wood brokers to secure the necessary feedstocks.  In addition, Cetna plans to incorporate the services of the highly experienced wood broker from Alabama to prepare a wood inventory and pricing study for the region.

California - Western Renewables - Cetna is very excited about its prospects in California.  We have partnered with a local firm, Western Renewables, who has extensive experience in project management.  Additionally, Western Renewables has a comprehensive network of contacts looking to develop projects throughout the state.   Currently Cetna and Western Renewables are talking with a number of potential capital sources and project sponsors to determine the best location(s) for its maiden plant in California.

Greece - Cetna is currently developing a number of opportunities in Athens and in the Peloponnese Region of Southern Greece.  These projects are proposed to use sewage sludge in Athens and waste from olive farms in the Peloponnese as feedstocks.  For the Athens project we are working with the local company E.Y.D.A.P. to provide feedstock.  In the Peloponnese we are working with the Governor's office to secure the quantities needed from a contingent of local farmers.  We have secured an off-take agreement with one of Greece's largest petroleum companies.  This company has over 600 gas stations in and around Greece being supplied with petroleum products for retail sale.

Our team in Greece includes Ambassador Patrick Theros (Washington, DC) and Dimitris Zafiriadis of AT Management (Athens).
